The Super Sportsman event began with 22 cars vying for the title and eleven still in contention at the end. This was a caution filled affair which took its toll on the cars but Ron Lane of Salisbury captured the victory for his second major win of 2010. Afterwards they stated that they were glad the race wasn’t any longer as they had a huge vibration in the rear end which could have let go at any minute. The defending points champion at Speedway 660, John Rankin, came home in second while the 11 of Cal Hatfield grabbed the final podium position. Heat winners were Luc Bourgeois and Danny Bourque.
