The season points race ended much as it started in 2010 for the Dan Bourque team. Troubles plagued the team most of the season and Sunday was no different.
Once again, Dan turned the reins of the #15 machine over to the youthful Martin Landry. The youngster once again acquitted himself well, although he did not figure in the final results. see results

Danny picks up heat win at CFS August 1st The Super Sportsman event began with 22 cars vying for the title and eleven still in contention at the end. This was a caution filled affair which took its toll on the cars but Ron Lane of Salisbury captured the victory for his second major win of 2010. Afterwards they stated that they were glad the race wasn’t any longer as they had a huge vibration in the rear end which could have let go at any minute. The defending points champion at Speedway 660, John Rankin, came home in second while the 11 of Cal Hatfield grabbed the final podium position. Heat winners were Luc Bourgeois and Danny Bourque.

Danny is set to go finally and will be racing at Centre for Speed this Sunday.
The winter was full of ups and downs for Danny and the crew of the championship team, with the major one being the illness of Danny’s father. He is now well on the road to recovery and the wraps have come off the 2010 version of the #15 and preperations for the 2010 campaign are underway.
